Snacks, treats and recipe ideas
munch
For years I have been known for my healthy snacks and tasty treats, it has almost become a trademark in all the teaching that I have done. My flapjack is a particular favourite!
I have been experimenting with getting the right balance of fruit, rolled oats and seeds and nuts to give an easy to eat and delicious snack and now I can share my ‘secret’ recipe, the origins of which were in my family 50 years ago.
