Winning foods

We know that the right mix of different foods can help us focus more, help us retain information and work more productively and work ‘smarter’.

  • Green tea, delicious hot or cold and full of antitoxidants which we know improve the functions of the brain

  • Cranberries or blueberries, can be dried at home and eaten as a snack

  • Seeds and nuts, especially sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, almonds and cashews, which are great for boosting strength and energy

  • Eggs, hard boil one so you can rejuvenate after a break for a snack, they are full of protein, vitamins and the ‘good’ fats and often called ‘nature’s multivitamin’

  • Leafy greens like kale and spinach

  • Dips and fresh vegetables
