Foods to boost your minds performance


Winning foods
We know that the right mix of different foods can help us focus more, help us retain information and work more productively and work ‘smarter’.

Green tea, delicious hot or cold and full of antitoxidants which we know improve the functions of the brain

Cranberries or blueberries, can be dried at home and eaten as a snack

Seeds and nuts, especially sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, almonds and cashews, which are great for boosting strength and energy

Eggs, hard boil one so you can rejuvenate after a break for a snack, they are full of protein, vitamins and the ‘good’ fats and often called ‘nature’s multivitamin’

Leafy greens like kale and spinach
